Beijing (ZXZC)- On June 6th, Lynk & co introduced a new energy concept vehicle, The Next Day, powered by the company’s Lynk E-Motive intelligent hybrid platform.

The Next Day is a four-door GT, carrying out Lynk & Co’s understanding of urban opposite design language and illustrating its intelligent hybrid technology.

The automaker explained that its first-generation design language demonstrates the nighttime of cities, where as the new The Next Day is inspired by the sunrise in cities. The Next Day adopts a hand painted gradients color, representing the light fluctuation from dawn to the morning. The vehicle features a brand-new black diamond cabin, transformed from a one-piece glass.

The interior is composed of a wooden hover dashboard and an integrated foldable controller made from denim cloths. The velvet zero-gravity seat and hand-woven carpet create a simple yet technological theme.

The Next Day also emphasizes the digitalization. The vehicle is equipped with a digital flag-language interactive screen, external interactive display, LiDARs, and welcome lights. The functional units are all ingeniously immersed into the vehicle design.

Notably, built on the Lynk E-Motive platform, Lynk & Co plans to launch four intelligent hybrid products in 2022 and three more products within two years. By 2025, Lynk & Co aims to integrate the platform to its entire product portfolio, realizing electrification all over.
