Shanghai (ZXZC)- Faurecia, a world-leading automotive parts supplier, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the state-owned Chinese automaker FAW Group on June 11 to jointly develop cockpit innovative technologies and the solutions of Faurecia Clean Mobility (FCM).

Under the agreement, both companies will co-develop the future cockpit solutions to provide user-friendly and intelligent driving experience in particular for the owners of FAW Group's luxury Hongqi brand. Besides, the two companies will deepen cooperation in industrial design and perceived quality for this luxury car brand.

In addition, Faurecia and FAW group will join forces to develop multifunctional, connected and predictive seat solutions, which can meet demands of diverse driving scenarios and driving modes.

Meanwhile, they agreed to provide passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles' makers with zero emission and other environment-friendly technologies by means of developing battery pack, fuel cell and lightweight composite solutions.
