Leveraging their respective strengths and characteristics, the two parties aim to enhance information exchange and resource integration, and through close collaboration, establish a mutually beneficial and sustainable strategic partnership.

Tangshan city is one of the pilot cities for the application of the new energy heavy-duty truck battery swapping technology in China, and one of the first batch of cities for comprehensive electrification of public vehicles. The city is accelerating the construction of a green transportation system and promoting the green transformation of its economic and social development.

According to the agreement, the two parties will collaborate in various areas, including the planning of Tangshan's new energy heavy-duty truck leasing and sales platform, charging and battery swapping stations, methanol refueling stations, logistics platforms, and used vehicle recycling business.

In line with Tangshan's overall green transportation needs, the partnership will jointly promote new energy heavy-duty trucks, including methanol, hydrogen, and electric heavy-duty trucks. Tangshan Energy Group will simultaneously plan and construct charging and battery swapping stations while developing a methanol refueling system.
