VOYAH, JD.com to develop diverse car-using service together

Dongfeng Motor’s premium EV brand, VOYAH, announced its cooperation with China’s e-commerce giant, JD.com, to explore the “car+internet” automotive ecosystem model, providing a diverse car-using experience for consumers.

Driven by user demands, the partners will share their multi-dimensional resources in branding, products, users, and channels. Building on JD.com’s advantages in big data, user resources, and digital intelligent supply chain, the two companies will co-develop an innovative automotive plus e-commerce operation model. 

Additionally, on Chinese New Year’s Eve, the most significant and ritual day in the Chinese culture, VOYAH and JD.com will unveil a surprise. According to the partners, VOYAH will be joining JD.com’s auto-selling platform. 

With a high-end vehicle approach in heart, VOYAH adopts a user-oriented integrated development model that features the best parts of both a traditional automaker and a startup automaker. The company offers a direct distribution model like state-owned businesses and digital experiences, allowing on/offline purchasing experience and user interaction.

The partnership between VOYAH and JD.com signifies another attempt to achieve the two companies’ shared vision of making users’ lives more refined through innovative technologies and product experiences.
