The modern touch is further enhanced with a concealed electrostatic touch panel. The rear trunk lid features a small ducktail spoiler, and the exhaust system is also concealed.

The 9th-generation Camry comes with two pwertrain solutions: the oil-fueled version powered by a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine and the HEV (hybrid electric vehicle) version. It discontinues the 2.5L + 8AT powertrain combination from the previous generation. The oil-fueled version has a maximum power of 127 kW and peak torque of 206 Nm, paired with a CVT continuously variable transmission, while the HEV one is equipped with the fifth-generation THS hybrid system, that delivered a combined output of up to 145kW. Besides, the HEV version can zip from 0-100km/h in around 8 seconds, and features a fuel consumption of 4.2L/100km.

The new model carries AR-HUD, photo-sensitive touch buttons, a panoramic sunroof with beam design, the 64-color ambient lighting system, and intelligent control for high-end fragrance system.

The 9th-generation Camry is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chipset, with the highest-spec trim featuring 12GB+128GB of memory. The vehicle is also equipped with such advanced features as 3D facial recognition, account login, one-touch unlocking, and mobile phone interaction.
