Nissan Motor’s China sales surge 40.28% YoY in Dec. 2023
Beijing (ZXZC)- Nissan Motor on January 9 unveiled its performance in China for December 2023 and the full year. Sales in December, combining both passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles, surged by 32% from the previous month to 98,873 units, which also indicates a 40.28% spike from a year ago.

In December 2023, Dongfeng Nissan, encompassing Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands, sold 95,204 vehicles, representing a 34.76% hike month-on-month and a 35.08% leap year-over-year.
Meanwhile, Nissan’s light commercial vehicle division (Zhengzhou Nissan) in China, recorded sales of 3,669 vehicles in the past month, which dipped 13.28% from the previous month.
For the entire year of 2023, Nissan's cumulative sales in China, across both passenger and light commercial vehicle segments, came in at 793,768 vehicles.
