Notably, this also marked Chery’s first time to surpass the 200,000-unit monthly sales mark. From January to October, Chery Holding's cumulative vehicle sales reached 1,453,550 units, representing a substantial 41.6% surge from a year ago.
The Chery brand achieved impressive results with 140,360 vehicles sold in October, which shot up 50.3% compared to the previous year. The brand’s cumulative sales for the first ten months of 2023 reached 1,049,734 units, marking the brand's first time crossing the one-million-unit sales mark.

Meanwhile, the EXEED brand reported sales of 14,834 units last month, indicating an impressive 127.9% soar year-on-year. In the meantime, the JETOUR brand sold 38,053 vehicles in October, marking a 51.2% year-over-year hike.
Chery Holding's success in October sales can be attributed to its star performers, including the Tiggo 8, Tiggo 7, JETOUR X70, Arrizo 8, Tiggo 5x, and OMODA 5, which collectively drove the company's sales growth.
Looking ahead, Chery Holding plans to introduce a range of hybrid and E0X high-end electric vehicles in the fourth quarter of this year. Moreover, an extensive lineup of new energy vehicles are set to be released over the next two years, which included 24 hybrid 3.0 models and 15 E0X high-end electric models.
