The raised capital will be primarily used to accelerate Nuclei System's strategic developments in the RISC-V domain. This includes further R&D of higher-performance CPU IP products, continuous optimization of RISC-V application platform technology iterations, and comprehensive output of software solutions based on RISC-V to bolster the ecosystem. Additionally, Nuclei System will explore the development of hard-core IP based on Chiplet interconnects, delivering innovative RISC-V products that cater to industry demands.

Nuclei System is among the first enterprises in China to build an application ecosystem based on the open RISC-V instruction set architecture and successfully implement it in the industry.

Since its establishment in 2018, Nuclei System has made impressive strides in developing self-controllable CPU technologies based on RISC-V architecture. The company have already introduced a variety of general-purpose RISC-V CPU IP products and related solutions, covering a broad range of applications from low-power to high-performance scenarios. Moreover, it offers information security NS series cores, functional safety NA series cores, and other products.

Currently, Nuclei System's products are adopted by over 150 companies globally across various sectors, including 5G communications, industrial control, artificial intelligence, automotive electronics, IoT, storage, MCU, and network security. The company has officially authorized more than 200 projects for the use of its products.

Nuclei System is also leading the way in RISC-V IP companies targeting the automotive sector. It recently revealed plans to unveil the world's first RISC-V CPU IP product to be certified with ISO 26262 ASIL-D. This significant milestone makes Nuclei System the third global and the first Chinese CPU IP provider to receive ISO 26262 certification, joining the ranks of ARM and Synopsys in the field of automotive applications.
