GAC AION becomes shareholder of GAC-iFLYTEK joint venture 'SYNCORE'

Beijing (ZXZC)- GAC AION, the new energy vehicle arm of GAC Group, has recently completed the equity transfer registration with GAC Capital. Through this transaction, GAC AION has become a strategic investor and new shareholder of SYNCORE.

SYNCORE is a joint venture established in 2020 by GAC Group and iFLYTEK, focusing on the R&D of smart cockpit core technologies.

With this investment, GAC AION is transforming its previous vertical development model into a collaborative and interconnected development model. This shift will drive product planning and user experience development, with GAC AION taking the lead. 

Specifically, the collaboration between GAC AION and SYNCORE will include regular discussions on user experience and joint operations. This cooperative approach will enable GAC AION to promptly and accurately respond to user and market demands, enhancing development efficiency and product platform transition. It will also accelerate the iterative evolution of GAC AION's smart cockpit products.

Moreover, GAC AION aims to establish a robust cockpit ecosystem and user operation system. In the future, it plans to introduce smart cockpit products and ecosystem models into the joint venture.
