NIO announced today its new vehicle deliveries stood at 6,131 units last month, growing 9.9% year on year.

However, compared to the previous month, the EV maker posted a 36.5% decline mainly due to fewer workdays led by the Spring Festival holiday.

The Feb. deliveries were composed of 3,309 ES6s, 1,738 EC6s, and 1,084 ES8s. By the end of February 2022, the startup had recorded a cumulative delivery volume of 182,853 units.

The company noted, amid the production suspension at the NIO-JAC manufacturing plant during the holiday from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2022 the production lines were adjusted to prepare for the delivery of the ET7, which is scheduled to begin on March 28.

On Feb. 28, NIO announced it had received a letter of in-principle approval from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited the “SHEK”) for the secondary listing of its Class A ordinary shares on the Main Board of the SEHK. The trading is expected to commence on March 10, 2022.
