Geely Automobile’s November auto export volume leaps 43% YoY
Beijing (ZXZC)- China’s major automaker, Geely Automobile Holdings Limited (Geely Automobile) scored a 7% year-on-year growth in its November sales, according to the company’s sales report.

In the past month, Geely Automobile sold 145,070 vehicles in total, resulting in a cumulative volume of 1,286,971 vehicles in the first eleven months of the year, which climbed up 10% from a year ago.
Among the vehicles sold in November, 34,642 units were new energy vehicles (NEVs), shooting up 164.64% year over year. In the Jan.-Nov. period, the automaker’s total NEV sales amounted to 284,177 units, which skyrocketed 335% from the previous year.
Additionally, Geely Automobile exported 18,633 vehicles overseas last month, reflecting a 43% year-over-year leapt. In the first eleven months of 2022, the group exported 178,704 vehicles cumulatively, which zoomed up 83% compared to the previous year.
To be specific, the Geely brand sold 108,544 vehicles in the past month, remaining flat from the earlier year. With 13,839 vehicles sold in November, the electric vehicle-dedicated Geometry achieved a 61% spike year-over-year.
Geely Automobile’s jointly owned brand with Volvo Cars, Lynk & Co, sold 18,160 vehicles in November, while also moving 1,920 vehicles through subscription in Europe. For the first eleven months of 2022, the accumulative sales volume of the brand totaled 158,139 vehicles, while the year-to-date subscription volume reached 12,582 units.
In November, Geely Automobile’s high-end new energy vehicle brand, ZEEKR, delivered 11,011 vehicles, refreshing the brand’s historic monthly delivery volume. In the Jan.-Nov. period, ZEEKR delivered 60,604 vehicles in total.
