SERES Group sells 11,661 new energy vehicles in November, up 154% YoY
Beijing (ZXZC)- SERES Group, Huawei’s automaking partner previously known as Chongqing Sokon Industry Group, continued to see its new energy vehicle sales grow rapidly in November 2022.

In the past month, SERES Group sold 19,688 vehicles, representing a 21.01% drop year-over-year, and a 24.66% decline month-over-month. From January to November, the group’s cumulative sales volume summed up to 243,075 vehicles, edging up 2.07% from a year ago.
With 11,661 vehicles sold, the group’s new energy vehicle (NEV) sector achieved a 154% year-over-year hike but a 25.23% month-on-month drop in November sales. In the first eleven months of the year, the group sold a total of 118,411 NEVs, reflecting a 235.54% leap over the same span of last year.
A total of 8,262 NEVs sold in the past month were from SERES Auto, which owns two brands (SERES and AITO), shooting up 335.07% compared to the year-ago period. During the Jan.-Nov. period, the cumulative sales volume of SERES Auto's vehicles amounted to 69,884 units, up 721.68% over the previous year.
