Yinbin CATL Cowin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated on June 21, 2022 as a joint venture between Yibin Cowin Automobile Co., Ltd. and CATL New Energy Industry Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL, according to the corporate information provider Qichacha.
