CATL builds wholly-owned subsidiary in Sichuan
Sichuan CATL New Energy Resource Co.,Ltd. was founded on Jan.13 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL, according to the corporate database Tianyancha. It is permitted to operate such businesses as mineral processing, sale of metallic minerals, and R&D of new material technologies.

Midea Group sets up auto parts subsidiary in Anqing, Anhui province
Anqing Welling Auto Parts Co.,Ltd. was incorporated on Jan. 12 in Anqing city with a registered capital of 200 million yuan ($31.44 million), according to the corporate database Tianyancha. The company is indirectly held by Guangdong Welling Auto Parts Co.,Ltd, which is jointly controlled by Midea Group and Foshan Midea Air Conditioning Industry Investment Co., Ltd.
