Geely builds subsidiary working on manufacturing, sales of ICs
Chinese automaker Geely recently set up a new subsidiary whose business scope extends to cover the R&D of emerging energy technologies, the manufacturing and sales of integrated circuits (ICs), and the design and sales of IC chips.
Incorporated on Jan. 12, the newborn company is wholly controlled by Zhejiang Farizon Commercial Vehicle R&D Co.,Ltd., whose sole shareholder is Farizon Commercial Vehicle R&D Co.,Ltd., a wholly-owned sub-subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, according to the corporate databaseTianyancha.
