The UP Super Board is an upgraded skateboard chassis that is customizable, separating the chassis and the top hat, thus redefining the automotive R&D logic pattern, technology form, and supply chain.
The UP Super Board consists of all the core functions required on an intelligent electric vehicle, including the electric motor, electronic control and battery, suspension, brakes, steering, intelligent driving, and thermal management. Automakers can easily save 6-12 months of R&D time with the board while cutting costs. The board also provides shortcuts for more players to enter the automaking field.

The UP Super Board allows a range of over 1,000 km on a full charge, with at least 1,000TOPS computing power, satisfying L4 and higher autonomous driving requirements. According to the founder and CEO of U Power, the most significant value of the Super Board’s existence is that with the board providing fundamental technologies, automakers can focus on creating a mobile living space for users undistractedly.

Additionally, U Power has developed five diverse UP SPACE car bodies based on the standardized UP Super Board, ranging from the sedan, MPV, SUV, pickup, and van. The concept UP SPACE models demonstrated U Power’s vision and possibilities while stimulating automakers’ creativity.
Notably, Bosch has formed a strategic partnership with U Power in October 2021, with funds invested through Bosch's subsidiary venture capital.
