According to the business data provider Tianyancha, the sole shareholder of Xiaomi Automobile Co.,Ltd., the electric vehicle unit of the smartphone giant Xiaomi, has changed to the HK-registered Xiaomi EV Limited from Xiaomi Communications Co., Ltd.
