According to ZF, the nine-story headquarters, located at 4268 Bao'an Highway in Anting Town, features a spacious and bright office environment, covering an operational area of 11,228 square meters. Designed to blend modern aesthetics with a flexible, efficient workspace, the building offers a comfortable environment for employees. Key features include a product display center, prototype center, multifunctional conference rooms, quiet work areas, height-adjustable desks, a fitness center, cafeteria, coffee bar, and a mother-and-child room. Surrounded by greenery, the building is adjacent to parks and rivers, creating a pleasant setting. The site is well-equipped with amenities, including parking, a nearby star-rated hotel, and accessible public transportation. It is just three kilometers from the Shanghai International Circuit.

According to a post on the WeChat account "Shanghai Jiading", ZF had planned to operate its Passive Safety Systems division as an independent entity, with a separate company established for the Asia-Pacific region. Local district and town authorities worked diligently to secure a nearby location for ZF's expansion. The Anting Economic Development Center ultimately facilitated the lease and renovation of the new building from Shanghai Jiahuang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., creating a dedicated space for ZF's growth.

Wang Runyi, Executive Vice President, President of ZF China and Operation Asia Pacific, ZF Group, stated, "With the efficient integration of ZF LIFETEC, we can better meet the needs of the local market and further deepen our strategic footprint in the Asia-Pacific region and globally."

Currently, ZF LIFETEC operates 48 production sites in 20 countries. It is well-positioned for future growth in areas such as automotive electrification, autonomous driving, and intelligent cockpit systems.
