The upgraded 2024 bZ3, built on Toyota's e-TNGA platform, retains its core principles of low center of gravity, high rigidity, and a focus on safety and driving pleasure, while significantly enhancing its overall market appeal. To better meet user preferences, the new model reintroduces a circular steering wheel, addressing previous issues with steering control.

The exterior now features a premium red color, and the interior has been upgraded with softer, more luxurious materials, including perforated seat covers that enhance the cabin's aesthetic and comfort. Several redundant features were optimized to cater to the specific needs of ride-hailing drivers, improving both product competitiveness and driving experience.

Currently, the existing bZ3 under FAW Toyota offers three trim levels, priced between 169,800 yuan and 199,800 yuan. The bZ3 measures 4,725mm in length, 1,835mm in width, and 1,475mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,880mm and a drag coefficient of 0.218Cd.

Powered by BYD’s FinDreams Powertrain's LFP battery and motor technology, the bZ3 comes with a rear-mounted single motor available in 135kW and 180kW versions, both delivering a peak torque of 303Nm. The LFP Blade Battery offers two capacity options, 49.92kWh and 65.28kWh, with corresponding CLTC ranges of 517km and 616km.
