The agreement stipulates that both parties will adhere to the basic principles of "long-term perspective, mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and joint development." They will leverage their respective resource advantages to jointly advance comprehensive cooperation in the energy sector. This includes collaborative efforts in the areas of electric vehicle (EV) charging and battery swapping stations, integrated energy flagship stations featuring solar power storage and EV charging, cross-industry integration, digitalization, and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) interaction. The aim is to deeply integrate transportation networks, information networks, and energy networks to create a unified energy replenishment network in the Foshan region. They plan to pioneer demonstration projects that integrate various functions such as V2G, leisure, and new energy vehicle sales, thereby establishing diverse energy replenishment scenarios that encompass people, vehicles, energy, and lifestyle in a new energy ecosystem.

GAC Energy said it has already built over 100 EV charging stations in the Guangzhou and Foshan areas, forming a comprehensive urban coverage network for EV charging and battery swapping energy replenishment. As a core focus area of the "Ten Thousand Piles Plan," GAC Energy and Foshan Communications Development share the same aspirations and goals, continuously contributing to the travel convenience of Foshan citizens and the development of the new energy vehicle industry.
