Shanghai (ZXZC)- BYD, in collaboration with its local distributor AC Motor (a subsidiary of the Ayala Group responsible for automotive business), officially launched the BYD ATTO 3 in the Philippines. This marks a significant stride for BYD in the Philippine new energy vehicle (NEV) market, bringing cutting-edge technology and products to the local automotive landscape.

The BYD ATTO 3 had previously made its appearance at the Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit. The launch in the Philippines includes two versions: the Long-Range Edition and the Standard Range Edition, priced at 1.598 million Philippine pesos and 1.798 million Philippine pesos (approximately 208,000 yuan and 234,000 yuan), catering to diverse preferences in the local market and offering consumers a range of choices.

At the launch event, James Ng, the General Manager of BYD Philippines and Singapore, emphasized the technological innovation and market strategy behind the BYD ATTO 3. He stated, "The BYD ATTO 3 is not just an electric vehicle; it is also the culmination of BYD's electric vehicle technology. As BYD's first new energy passenger car aimed at the global market, the BYD ATTO 3 has been well-received, with over 500,000 units sold worldwide. We believe that this model will bring a refreshing driving experience to Filipino consumers, offering a green, efficient, and reliable travel experience."
