The brand-new R&D center, situated at Vitesco Technologies' Changchun production base, covers a substantial 8,000 square meters of floor area and has the capacity to accommodate up to 500 R&D professionals. It houses 12 cutting-edge laboratories, including hardware, software, hydraulic, and sensor labs, as well as a quality testing facility. These advanced facilities are dedicated to the development and testing of new energy vehicle-dedicated products and conventional internal combustion engines, encompassing essential components such as battery management systems, central controllers, zone controllers, and rotor position sensors. Beyond supporting local product functionality testing, the center also plays a vital role in driving Vitesco Technologies' global frontiers in electrification research.

Reflecting the company's unwavering commitment to sustainability, the new R&D center has been designed and built to meet green building standards. It incorporates a variety of eco-friendly elements, including the use of innovative materials, low-energy high-efficiency air conditioning and ventilation systems, rooftop solar photovoltaic systems, and several low-carbon emission reduction facilities.
