All-new Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV starts at 486,000 yuan in China
Shanghai (ZXZC)- On May 27th, the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQE full-electric SUV hit the market in China.
With a price range of 486,000 yuan to 630,600 yuan, this new model comes with four variants. To be specific, two EQE 350 trims are priced at 486,000 yuan and 510,000 yuan, while two EQE 500 trims are priced at 564,600 yuan and 630,600 yuan.

As a new member under the EVA (Electric Vehicle Architecture) platform, the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV showcases the design language of the EQ family. Its exterior features a polygonal closed-off grille with an illuminated star emblem, intelligent digital headlights with a combined pixel count of 2.6 million, an LED daytime running light strip that runs across the vehicle’s width, etc.
Inheriting the signature arched body design of the Mercedes-Benz family, the all-new EQE SUV boasts sleek lines that contribute to its impressive aerodynamic performance with a drag coefficient of 0.25Cd. Additionally, as a mid-to-large full-electric SUV, it provides convenient side step boards for easy entry and exit. The vehicle will offer a selection of 20-inch alloy wheels with various designs to meet diverse customer preferences.

The new model measure 4,880mm in length, 2,032mm in width, 1,679mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,030mm.
At the rear, the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV captivates viewers with a 3D spiral LED taillight. The lower part of the rear body is adorned with chrome accents and a black rear bumper design.

Inside the cabin, the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQE SUV offers two distinct interior styles. The first option includes a 12.3-inch floating full LCD instrument cluster combined with a 12.8-inch floating OLED central touchscreen. The second option features the MBUX Hyperscreen, consisting of a 12.3-inch embedded full LCD instrument cluster, a 17.7-inch embedded central touchscreen, and a 12.3-inch entertainment screen for the front passenger. Moreover, the vehicle incorporates turbine-style air vents and ambient lighting with 64 color options, creating a luxury atmosphere.

Powering the all-new EQE electric SUV is a dual-motor setup, with the rear wheels capable of active steering up to 10 degrees in either direction. The EQE 350 model’s motor delivers a maximum output power of 215 kW, which can help the vehicle accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.8 seconds. The EQE 500 version boasts a powerful 300 kW output, enabling it to sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds.
The new model is equipped with a 96.1 kWh ternary-lithium battery pack, providing a pure electric range of up to 613km under CLTC test conditions and offering four energy recovery modes. When it comes to charging, the all-new EQE SUV can replenish its battery from 10% to 80% of capacity in just 48 minutes.
