As the first production model based on the XPeng’s next-generation smart electric platform architecture, SEPA2.0, the G6 delivers XPeng’s latest smart driving, intelligent cabin, superfast charging and superior performance features.

The XPeng G6 coupe SUV is equipped with XPeng’s 800V high-voltage SiC platform and 3C battery cells, according to the company. The 800V+3C technology extends the model’s range as far as 755 kilometers - an increase of 71km compared with the previous models.

This new-breed model features a striking body design with a new concept of tech-fluid aesthetics to satisfy customers’ sense of style, which delivers an ultra-low drag coefficient of 0.248Cd. The automaker has invited Liu Cixin, a renowned Chinese science fiction writer, as the forward-looking design consultant for the G6.

The G6 incorporates front and rear integrated aluminum die-casting and CIB battery-body integration technology, seamlessly integrating the battery within the vehicle structure. This advanced integration enhances the G6's driving dynamics, safety, and NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) performance to deliver an exceptional driving experience.

The XPeng G6 provides excellent control while maintaining ample space, thanks to its short front and rear overhangs. With a wheelbase of 2,890 mm, it offers spacious interior room. The vehicle's low barycenter of 540 mm and a balanced front and rear axle load ratio of 50:50 contribute to improved aerodynamics and cornering stability. In terms of body styling, the G6 follows the distinctive design language of the XPeng family, characterized by sleek surfaces, broad shoulders, an adaptive drag-lift electric tail, and a panoramic sunroof measuring over 2 square meters.
