Shanghai (ZXZC)- On November 6, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group (Geely Holding) and China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. (CASIC) inked a strategic cooperation agreement that focuses on development of hyper flight train and Industrial Internet.

Under the latest agreement, both companies will jointly develop key programs of hyper flight train and Industrial Internet and give impetus to the industrialization of relevant technologies by means of strategy planning and resource integration, etc.

Meanwhile, Geely Group (New Biz), a subsidiary of Geely Holding, reached a cooperation framework agreement with China Aerospace Science & Industry Aerodynamics Technology Academy to jointly work on R&D and marketing promotion of hyper flight train programs.

According to the introduction from CASIC, magnetic levitation technologies are adopted for hyper flight train to eliminate frictional resistance and low-vacuum pipes are used to reduce air resistance greatly in order to achieve hyper speed. Using hyper flight train, the station and the urban traffic are seamlessly connected, the departure interval is equivalent to subway, which facilitates passengers to board and alight and greatly shortens the travel time.

The hyper flight train is composed of five major sub-systems—the vacuum and route system to set up the train running environment; the electromagnetic propulsion system to achieve acceleration and deceleration precisely for the train in full range; the train system to provide passengers with a safe and comfortable space; the suspension guiding system to run stably without any contact and the operation control system to make the train safe and controllable when it runs along the whole route in full cycle.

Geely Holding said it will keep deploying in future mobility domain and promoting the company's transformation and upgrading by concentrating efforts from over 20,000 designers and R&D staff worldwide with a great deal of money invested per year.

Additionally, Geely Holding, joining hands with partners, has also made layouts in such fields as near-earth orbit satellite system, car-borne chip, IoV (Internet of vehicles) and flying car with the aim of weaving a tridimensional digital transport net.
