Today men lay the first stone for a new factory for Dongfeng Nissan. The factory will be in business in 2012 with a capacity of 240.000 cars a year. Total investment is 500 million dollar, to be paid bu both partners in the joint venture.

The factory stands in Huadu City of Guangzhou Province and will employ 13.000 people. The new factory brings the total capacity for Dongfeng-Nissan at 940.000 cars a year.
