According to XPeng, the monthly number of newly-added supercharging stations reached 61, 102, 39, and 111 respectively in Jul., Aug., Sept., and Oct.

The company said the XPeng-branded supercharging stations will cover a total of 337 cities countrywide in the future.

As of Nov., XPeng's power network had also included 134 destination charging stations and 1,843 free charging stations covering 312 cities.

At its annual 1024 Tech Day, XPeng said it would introduce China’s first 800V high-voltage mass-production SiC platform, with new-generation “X-Power” superchargers able to charge for a range of up to 200 km in just 5 minutes. To maximize the utility of the 800V SiC platform, XPeng would also roll out lightweight 480 kW high-voltage supercharging piles with IP67 protection, and safety monitoring, delivering a safe and convenient charging experience for customers. To support this supercharging network, XPeng would also launch power storage facilities in both piles and mobile vehicles, said the company.
