The first strategic model under the new brand has been unveiled at the same time. The fire-new SUV model features a closed-off grille coupled with a headlight cluster that stretches across the entire face. Besides, the fastback-typed silhouette and the massive five-spoke rims emphasize dynamic aesthetics for the vehicle. However, the interior details and the key performance parameters still remained unknown.

Jiangsu Skywell Automobile Co.,Ltd, the operator of the new EV brand, is founded on November 1, 2019, and involves a registered capital of RMB20,000, according to the company information search platform Tianyancha. Its business scope extends to cover the R&D, manufacture and sale of complete vehicles and auto parts, as well as the NEV-related technology development and transfer.

Tianyancha still shows that Huang Hongsheng, the founder of the leading global television brand Skyworth, serves as the legal representative of the newly-built EV company. In 2010, Mr. Huang set up Sky-well New Energy Automobile Group Co. Ltd, which was granted the access of PV manufacturer by China's MIIT in 2017 and passed the inspection for the access of NEV manufacturer (photo source: Skywell).
