Shanghai (ZXZC)- Faraday Future's affiliated company recently registered a project company dubbed Ruichi Intelligent Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Ruichi Intelligent) in Guangzhou, planning to develop vehicle, according to a person who briefed this matter.

Therefore, some industry insiders hold the opinion that Faraday Future is inclined to build production line in China. However, Faraday Future China still declined to give any public reply by far.

After checking the industrial and commercial information, local media found that Ruichi Intelligent is a limited liability company which was founded on Feb. 12 with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. 

What is noteworthy, Ruichi Intelligent's institutional shareholder is SMARTMOBILITY (HONGKONG) HOLDINGSLD (hereinafter referred to as SMARTMOBILITY), which was established in October, 2016. However, the company's former English name was FF Hong Kong Holdings Limited, while its former Chinese name was FF Automotive Ecology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FF Ecology). It was until Jan. 9, 2018 that the company's name was changed to SMARTMOBILITY.

It is also found out that FF Ecology and FF Internet Intelligent Vehicle Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FF Intelligent) are cooperative partners. Both companies are big shareholders of FF Automobile (China) Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FF Company).

FF Intelligent changed its name on May 24, 2017 to LeSee Automobile Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as LeSee Automobile).  According to public information, members of board directors of FF Company include Zhang Hailiang, vice president and CEO of LeSee Automobile. In addition, Faraday Future's official certification on the social media Weibo was FF Company. 

All these relations indicate that Ruichi Intelligent ties closely with Faraday Future.
