Between September 1 and September 17, Li Auto was 20,100, Nio was 9,900 and Xpeng was 6,900.

Nio previously guided for third-quarter deliveries of 55,000 to 57,000 units, meaning it is on track to deliver 15,209 to 17,209 vehicles in September, considering it delivered 20,462 in July and 19,329 in August.

Nio launched the new EC6 on September 15, completing the transition of all NT 1.0-based models to the latest NT 2.0 platform. Deliveries of the model began on the night of its launch.

Xpeng (NYSE: XPEV) was at 3,600 units last week, up 44 percent from 2,500 the week before. Between September 1 and September 17, Xpeng had that figure at 6,900 units.

Xpeng delivered 11,008 and 13,690 vehicles in July and August, respectively. The company had previously guided for third-quarter deliveries of between 39,000 and 41,000 vehicles, meaning it could deliver between 14,302 and 16,302 vehicles in September.

Xpeng will hold a launch event for the new G9 SUV in China tonight at 8 pm Beijing time in hopes of remaking the flagship SUV.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) saw 8,500 insurance registrations in China last week, down 20.56 percent from 10,700 the week before.

Between September 1 and September 17, a total of 22,300 Tesla vehicles were registered for insurance in China.

On September 1, Tesla unexpectedly began pre-sales of the revamped Model 3 in China, with deliveries expected to begin in the fourth quarter. Official sales of the model in China have yet to begin.

On September 17, Tesla said it saw its 5 millionth vehicle roll off the line since its inception. The vehicle, a white updated Model 3, rolled off the line at Giga Shanghai.

BYD was at 51,100 units last week, up 11.33 percent from 45,900 units in the previous week.

Between September 1 and September 17, a total of 114,500 BYD vehicles were registered for insurance in China.

BYD's premium brand Denza was at 2,500 units last week, unchanged from the previous week. Between September 1 and September 17, Denza had that figure at 5,900 units.

Neta was at 2,000 units last week, up 17.65 percent from 1,700 in the previous week. Between September 1 and September 17, Neta had 3,900 insured registrations in China.

Zeekr was 2,400 units in the last week, up 33.33 percent from 1,800 in the previous week. Between September 1 and September 17, Zeekr had that number at 5,300 units.

Leapmotor was at 3,400 units last week, up 25.93 percent from 2,700 the week before. For September 1 through September 17, Leapmotor had that figure at 7,100 units.
