On April 27th, Beijing Transportation Bureau issued the first vehicle transport certificate for car-hailing services to a car with plate number "Beijing BZ1088". It’s learned at a total of 31 certificates are issued this time, with all cars from Shouqi Car-hailing services.

Zhou Chang, person in charge of Shouqi Car-hailing services introduced that cars from Shouqi Yueche are have passed that quality certificates, and they will gradually obtain paper certificates. Reporters saw from spot that drivers for car-hailing services should carry identifications, at least the copy of certificates.

It’s learned that it is the third certificate released by Beijing Municipality in car-hailing services, after the online taxi booking business certificate and online booking taxi drivers’ license, which are all obtained by Shouqi Yueche. Till now, Shouqi Yueche collects three certificates and becomes the first legal car-hailing platform since the car-hailing new policy was promulgated in Beijing last year.

Other car-hailing platforms also make progress. For example, Didi gets the affirmation on abilities for online car-hailing services in Tianjin, which will be recognized across the nation. Shenzhou Zhuanche accomplishes the affirmation in Fujian Province.

Beijing set a five-month transition period for the car-hailing new policy on December 21st of last year. Reporters learn that cars or related persons without complete certificates will be regarded as illegal business.

Beijing Traffic Enforcement Corps once expressed that illegal car-hailing service would face strict check, especially drivers without Beijing Household registration and cars without Beijing license plates.
