Beijing (ZXZC)- On August 2, AVATR，the premium new energy vehicle brand jointly developed by Changan Automobile, Huawei, and CATL, announced it delivered 3,625 vehicles in July 2024, marking a year-on-year spike of 103%.

From January to July this year, AVATR's cumulative deliveries reached 32,655 units.

AVATR currently offers two models on the market, the AVATR 11 and the AVATR 12. The company has also revealed plans to release extended-range and SVP versions of the two existing models, along with dual-power versions of the AVATR 012 and AVATR 07.

In addition, AVATR announced the upcoming release of its range extension technology, and the inaugural use of Huawei’s QianKun ADS 3.0 smart driving system. Unveiled on April 24, this intelligent driving system has been significantly upgraded in areas such as HD map-less intelligent driving, omnidirectional collision avoidance, and all-scenario smart parking.

The Qiankun ADS 3.0 adopts a new architecture with enhanced recognition and perception capabilities, building on the BEV network and GOD network of the previous ADS 2.0 and evolving into the GOD big network. This enables the intelligent driving system to understand driving scenarios better, making decisions closer to those of a human driver and ensuring a smoother driving experience.

Additionally, the upgraded CAS 3.0 omnidirectional collision system can handle emergency braking and lateral obstacle avoidance across a broader range of speeds. Notably, upgrading from ADS 2.0 to ADS 3.0 does not require hardware changes, significantly accelerating the adoption of ADS 3.0 in vehicles.
