Presales launched for Leapmotor C11 SUV

Chinese NEV startup Leapmotor has started presales of its first range-extending SUV C11, priced from 159,800 yuan ($23,531.57) to 200,000 yuan. The model sports Leapmotor's range extender, which works with the engine to reduce fuel consumption to 0.73 liters per 100 kilometers.

It has an electric range of 285 km, with its total range hitting 1,024 km. The range-extending C11 has the same design language as its electric sibling.

It measures 4,780 millimeters in length, 1,905 mm in width and 1,675 mm in height, with its wheelbase reaching 2,930 mm.

Onboard, the range-extending C11 has up to 12 speakers with six acoustic options available, and features seats that can massage occupants. The smart cabin is powered by Qualcomm's third-generation Snapdragon chips and iFlyTek's voice recognition system.

The model feature's Leapmotor Pilot, which is capable of Level 3 autonomous driving and updates over the air.
