Sino-Japanese carmaker GAC Honda launched its ZR-V e:HEV on Monday, becoming its first SUV equipped with Honda's fourth-generation i-MMD hybrid system.

GAC Honda offers four variants of the hybrid SUV with prices ranging from 179,900 yuan to 228,900 yuan ($26,985 to $34,335).

The vehicle combines two pieces of Honda's top technologies — the fourth-generation i-MMD hybrid system and Honda Architecture, resulting in a fun-to-drive smart hybrid SUV with strong driving performance and handling.

The ZR-V e:HEV has a wheelbase of 2,655 millimeters and a width of 1,840 mm, giving passengers more room to stretch out, thanks to the Honda MM concept that guides the car's design.

In terms of intelligent features, the car is equipped with a Bose 12-speaker premium sound system, an advanced card key, a 10.2-inch LCD instrument panel, a 10.1-inch infotainment screen and others.

The model also features the Honda SENSING intelligent driving –assist system, the Honda CONNECT 3.0 smart navigation and connected system, a HUD head-up display system, wireless charging, electric induction tailgate and more, bringing enjoyment to user's daily mobility.

In August, GAC Honda launched the gasoline version of the ZR-V. With the introduction of the hybrid version of the ZR-V, GAC Honda now has hybrid models of three sedans, two SUVs and an MPV.
