Great Wall Motor puts all-new Haval H6 onto market, starting at 103,900 yuan after discounts

Shanghai (ZXZC)- On June 19, Great Wall Motor announced that the refreshed version of its hotter-selling SUV model,the Haval H6, officially hit the market, with all variants powered by gasoline.

The all-new Haval H6 features a price range of 117,900 yuan to 143,900 yuan. Given a comprehensive discount, the prices have been lowered to 103,900 yuan to 129,900 yuan.

The all-new Haval H6 features a larger inverted trapezoidal grille with a dot-matrix design, creating a strong visual impact. The headlights have a new T-shaped design that integrates with the grille on top and includes LED strips below, adding a modern touch. Additionally, the SUV has a trapezoidal air intake and matte black surrounds at the front.

The side profile is characterized by simple waistlines, with prominent wheel arches and multi-spoke black wheels giving it a muscular look. The car also features a glossy black roof rack, adding to the visual appeal. The new H6 measures 4,703 mm in length, 1,886 mm in width, and 1,730 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,738 mm. Compared to the third-generation Haval H6, the width, height, and wheelbase remain unchanged, while the length has increased by 50 mm.

At the rear, the new model replaces the previous through-type design with a conventional horizontally arranged polygonal light cluster, featuring the Haval logo in the center and a large embedded trapezoidal license plate area below for increased recognition.

The interior of the all-new H6 is simple and suited for a family car. The dashboard features more straight lines and a full-width air vent design. It has a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster and a larger 14.6-inch floating central control screen, giving the vehicle a youthful and tech-savvy appearance.

The new model switches from a traditional gear lever to a column-mounted gear selector, freeing up more storage space on the central console. Physical air conditioning buttons under the central console have also been removed.

The all-new H6 is equipped with a 9-inch full-color HUD display, 50W wireless charging, and heated/ventilated front seats. It includes a Level 2 driver assistance system with over 20 features, such as lane departure warning and collision warning.

The new H6 is powered by either a 1.5T or a 2.0T engine. The 1.5T engine delivers a maximum power of 135 kW and a peak torque of 275 N·m, paired with a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission and front-wheel drive. The 2.0T engine’s maximum power has been increased from 155 kW to 175 kW, with a peak torque of 385 N·m, paired with a 9-speed wet dual-clutch transmission, available in both two-wheel and four-wheel drive versions. Additionally, a Hi4 PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) version will be launched in the future.
