On April 10th, GAC MOTOR, the international business unit of GAC Group, and Huajian Group officially signed a distribution cooperation agreement and a KD (knocked down) assembly memorandum of understanding in Guangzhou.

Under this agreement, GAC MOTOR has granted Huajian Group the dealership rights in Ethiopia, through which the latter will introduce GAC's car sales, electric vehicle charging stations, energy storage, and automotive parts sales businesses into Huajian International Light Industry City. Moving forward, both parties will continue to expand their cooperation areas, engaging in practical cooperation on KD projects and more.
