NIO so far deploys 2,411 battery swap stations
On May 6, NIO released its April charging report. According to the report, NIO added 14 new battery swap stations in the past month, bringing the total to 2,411. Currently 80.15% NIO users live in the swap station district, having access to at least one battery swap station within a 3-kilometer radius of their residence or workplace.

Shenzhen opens over 900km of roads for autonomous driving tests
Recently, the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Transport officially realeased the sixth batch of open road catalogs for intelligent connected vehicle road testing and demonstration applications. This latest opening includes a total of 43 roads, covering approximately 106.01km in length. As of now, the total distance of open roads for autonomous driving in the city has reached 944km.
SAIC MAXUS Xingji L Dongli Edition hits market, starting at 99,800 yuan
On May 5, SAIC MAXUS officially put the Dongli Edition (translating to "Power Edition") of the Xingji L pickup truck on sale. The new vehicle boasts upgrades in the powertrain system with a 2.0T engine, offering part-time four-wheel drive and rear axle differential lock features. The new model offers a total of 12 variants, with prices ranging from 99,800 yuan to 121,800 yuan.
AEROFUGIA, CITIC COHC team up to boost eVTOL commercialization
On April 30, Geely's AEROFUGIA low altitude transportation company and CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co., Ltd. ("COHC"), inked a strategic cooperation agreement, to closely collaborate on operations such as low-altitude travel, air tourism, and emergency rescue to jointly promote the commercialization of eVTOL (electric vertical takeoff and landing) aircraft and create a model for low-altitude economic operations.
VOYAH plans to open up charging network to all brands
On May 6, VOYAH's CEO, Lu Fang, disclosed the future plans and progress of the company's proprietary recharging solution, stating that VOYAH is initiating its plan to construct additional charging stations and piles, establishing a 6km recharging network within the key urban areas of major cities in China.
