Leapmotor’s auto deliveries soar 71.96% YoY in Apr. 2024
Beijing (ZXZC)- Chinese new energy vehicle maker Leapmotor delivered 15,005 vehicles in April, representing a year-on-year soar of 71.96% and a month-on-month rise of 3%, according to the company’s announcement on May 1.

In the past month, Leapmotor’s mainstay SUV models, the C11 and the C10 saw their combined deliveries surpass the ten-thousand-unit mark.
In April, Leapmotor's flagship MPV-like SUV, the C16, was unveiled and kicked off pre-sale at the Auto China 2024. Within 24 hours since pre-sale started, the C16 has garnered pre-orders exceeding 11,950 units, indicating strong demand.

As the flagship model under Leapmotor’s LEAP 3.0 technology architecture, the intelligent six-seater C16 SUV offers spacious MPV comfort with SUV styling, adpoting a "2+2+2" layout to meet the travel needs of families.
Moreover, the C16 offers both range-extended electric and battery-electric powertrains. The all-electric models feature Leapmotor's all-domain 800V high-voltage silicon carbide platform, offering fast charging capability. The C16 can be charged from 30%-80% of its battery capacity in just 15 minutes.
Although the specific prices of the C16 remained undisclosed, Leapmotor promised that the top-spec C16 variant will be priced below 200,000 yuan.
On April 6, Leapmotor and the Zhejiang Professional Football Club (Zhejiang FC) jointly announced that Leapmotor has become the main sponsor of Zhejiang FC for the 2024 season. As the exclusive naming partner on the front of the team's jerseys for the Chinese Super League and the Chinese Football Association Cup matches, Leapmotor's sponsorship aims to support local sports and convey the brand's speed and passion through Zhejiang football. This cooperation also marks the first collaboration between a Chinese new energy vehicle company and Chinese football, ushering in a new era of sports marketing for Chinese new energy vehicles.
