Beijing (ZXZC)- Chery Auto officially launched the Guardian Edition (“Shouhu” in Chinese) of its OMODA 5 model on March 28. The new edition include two variants, the Guardian PLUS and the Guardian PRO with pre-sale prices at 109,900 yuan and 114,900 yuan, respectively. 

Upon its official release, the OMODA 5 Guardian Edition offers a limited-time cashback of 20,000 yuan, allowing customers to enjoy the new vehicle at a price of less than 90,000 yuan.

The OMODA 5 Guardian Edition precisely captures the aesthetic trends of young consumers, incorporating internet language and culture to create an aesthetically pleasing design. Designed by Chery's global styling team, the Guardian Edition follows a global design concept. The newly positioned logo is more visually appealing. The new "Eternal Love Diamond Front Face" features an integrated matrix grille that sparkles like a diamond. 

In terms of active safety, the OMODA 5 Guardian Edition is equipped with L2 intelligent driving assistance, including a full-speed adaptive cruise control system (ACC), autonomous emergency braking system (AEB), forward collision warning (FCW), AUTO HOLD+EPB automatic parking system, and a 540° high-definition panoramic camera.
