Chery’s JETOUR brand rolls off 1-millionth vehicle
Beijing (ZXZC)- On January 22, JETOUR, the SUV brand under Chery Holding, announced the production of its one-millionth vehicle.

Launched in 2018 as a new product series responding to market trends and consumer demands, JETOUR transitioned into an independent brand in July 2021. Since the debut of its first product in 2018, JETOUR achieved cumulative sales of over 800,000 vehicles in just 60 months.
Currently offering models such as the Traveler, X90 series, X70 series, and the newly crafted new energy product, the Shanhai L9, JETOUR continues to expand its portfolio with upcoming releases like the urban joyous SUV series, rugged off-road SUV series, and pickup series.
The Shanhai L9, which hit the market in November 2023, boasts a body length of 4,862mm and an extended wheelbase of 2,850mm. Priced between 166,900 yuan and 188,900 yuan, the vehicle features a 1.5T engine and a plug-in hybrid electric system with a maximum output power of 115kW and a total battery-powered range of 55km or 108km.
In 2023, JETOUR achieved a remarkable sales performance with 315,000 vehicles sold, marking a 75% year-on-year soar. Annual exports surged from 45,000 units in 2022 to 110,000 units in 2023, reflecting a significant 148% spike.
Looking ahead to 2024, JETOUR set a target to realize annual sales of 500,000 vehicles across its family and off-road travel SUV series.
