Geely’s premium EV brand ZEEKR's Jan. deliveries drop 7% MoM
Geely’s premium EV brand, ZEEKR, celebrated its achievement in the cumulative delivery volume of 9,537 vehicles in the first 100 days of delivery.
According to the EV brand, ZEEKR delivered 3,530 units of its only model on the market, the ZEEKR 001, in January 2022. By the end of January, the auto startup delivered a total of 9,537 vehicles during the first 100 days of delivery, refreshing the delivery record among all Chinese auto startups’ first model.
However, ZEEKR saw a 7% month-on-month decline in delivery from last December’s 3,796 vehicles.
In January, ZEEKR opened up nine more offline stores, including four ZEEKR Space stores, four pop-up stores, and one delivery center, providing opportunities for more users to get to know the brand.
In the meantime, ZEEKR now operates wholly-owned charging stations in 19 Chinese cities, including the newly added Hefei, Nanjing, Foshan, and Changzhou. Its cooperative third-party charging network has covered 326 cities, with nearly 300,000 charging piles. The brand intends to continue expanding its wholly-owned charging network.
Moreover, the ZEEKR Power project also offers a mobile charging service aimed at contingencies, including a door-to-door charging service and dispatching mobile charging vehicles. The service is provided in six cities currently.
