The collaboration allows the two parties to establish a world-class smart manufacturing center, focusing on the construction of JiKa Automotive Electronics’ intelligent factory.
JiKa Automotive Electronics (XunKa Technology), situated in Fuyang District, Hangzhou city, is the first intelligent factory initiated by JICA Intelligent Robotics, a joint venture between ECARX and Geely Auto Group. This strategic partnership operates under the principles of "cost, efficiency, quality, safety, and green sustainability." It is dedicated to deploying GYMD's smart factory construction solutions to create a digitally native enterprise-level smart factory that integrates agile design and research, intelligent supply chain management, lean manufacturing and delivery, efficient quality control, and safety and eco-friendly practices.
The JiKa Automotive Electronics (XunKa Technology) intelligent manufacturing center follows Industry 4.0 standards and is driven by digitization. Equipped with internationally leading SMT production lines and highly flexible intelligent assembly and testing equipment, it is designed for manufacturing a variety of automotive intelligent electronic products such as smart cockpits, intelligent driving systems, vehicle domain controllers, and others.
The construction is divided into two phases, with the first phase scheduled to begin mass production in 2024. The project is currently in an efficient implementation phase, with both parties rapidly advancing production line planning and office space renovation. Once completed, the center will initially focus on the mass delivery of various smart cockpits and intelligent driving computing platforms.
