Beijing (ZXZC)- On September 24, CHERY brand officially unveiled the latest addition to its new energy vehicle lineup, the hybrid electric SUV "Fengyun T11".

Following in the footsteps of the Fengyun A9, the Fengyun T11's debut marks another robust addition to Chery's transformation towards electrification.

The introduction of the Fengyun series signifies a significant step forward in Chery Holding's passenger car sector, which includes the CHERY, EXEED, JETOUR, and iCAR brands. Together, these four brands are aligning their focus to offer a range of products tailored to real-world driving scenarios, continuously enhancing Chery's new energy vehicle portfolio. The Fengyun series is slated for official release in the fourth quarter of this year, with six new models set to be rolled out by the end of 2024.

Chery's core hybrid technology, the Kunpeng super hybrid C-DM, will be incorporated into the upcoming Fengyun production models. This technology amalgamates 18 years of Chery's hybrid expertise and comprises specialized hybrid engines, transmissions, batteries, and battery management systems. The result is a remarkable package with a thermal efficiency exceeding 44.5%, a comprehensive range of over 1,400km, a fuel consumption of 4.2 liters per 100km, and a 0-100km/h acceleration in just 4.26 seconds. The advanced battery material system offers higher energy density and enhanced low-temperature performance, ensuring high-performance, enduring energy efficiency, and overall vehicle safety.
