Geely to launch self-developed full-stack AI large model in H2 2023
Beijing (ZXZC)- On July 31, Geely Auto Group’s CEO, Gan Jiayue, revealed during an internal business conference that the company is set to launch its first self-developed full-stack AI model in the second half of the year.

This announcement coincides with the upcoming release of Geely’s first AI-powered hybrid electric sedan, the Geely Galaxy L6, which is scheduled to hit the market in September.
Since 2021, Geely has been actively researching and establishing a presence in the field of AI and AIGC technologies. Presently, the company has successfully developed the industry's first AI large model with a staggering 10 billion parameters. Geely has also demonstrated breakthrough innovations in various AI technologies, including AI intelligent interaction, AI music video, AI children's books, all of which will be integrated into the upcoming Geely Galaxy L6.

As the second model in the Geely Galaxy series, the Galaxy L6 will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8155 chip and powered by Geely’s cloud-based intelligent computing center, the Xingrui Intelligent Computing Center, providing the vehicle with comprehensive intelligence in interactive communication, road driving, design, entertainment, and software.
According to Geely, the AI voice interaction technology integrated into the Galaxy L6 will allow users to control windows, air conditioning, and the trunk within a distance of 1.5 meters from outside the vehicle using voice commands. Furthermore, the system supports customizable fun voice packs and vocabulary, creating a novel social interaction scenario with seamless communication.
