Jaguar Land Rover names Wu Chen as President of IMSS

Shanghai (ZXZC)- Jaguar Land Rover and its China-based joint venture with Chery Automobile, Chery Jaguar Land Rover, jointly announced on March 1 an important personnel appointment.

According to the statement, Mr. Wu Chen will officially assume the position of President of the Integrated Marketing, Sales & Service ("IMSS") from April 1, 2023, reporting directly to the Board of Directors of Chery Jaguar Land Rover (“CJLR”) and Mr. Pan Qing, who serves as CEO and President of Jaguar Land Rover China, and a member of the Global Board of Management of Jaguar Land Rover (“JLR”).

At his new capacity, Mr. Wu Chen will be fully responsible for promoting and developing all businesses of IMSS, further strengthening China's important position in the five major regions of JLR's global marketing system.

Mr. Richard Shore, the incumbent President of IMSS, will complete his term and there will be a new appointment ready for him. During his terms in China, he played a key role in the achievements of the company.
