Leveraging JIDU's intelligent architecture JET (JIDU Evolving Technology) and each company’s respective technological and resource advantages, the duo will collaborate in the areas of intelligent driving (ACU), vehicle systems (BGM), and motion domain (VDDM). At the same time, in line with the technological trend of future central integrated architecture, the JIDU and Aptiv will continue to explore technology innovation and joint R&D in next-generation E/EA.
The JET is JIDU’s proprietary AI-enabled intelligent architecture dedicated to high-level intelligent driving technologies. It integrates E/EA and SOA together, realizing fully interpenetrated E/EA from inter-domain to intra-domain and from local to the cloud.
The cooperative aspects under the partnership with Aptiv play a critical role in intelligent vehicle products, as they are key components of intelligent architecture and domain controllers, and are also an essential foundation for creating highly intelligent automotive robots (Robocar).
The partnership with Aptiv marks an important part of JIDU's Robocar ecosystem. Currently, JIDU has collaborated with a series of global leading intelligent technology partners, integrating and building a scalable ecosystem for Robocars, demonstrating a strong technological innovation cohesion, and empowering JIDU’s Robocars with robust product capabilities.
