According to the corporate information inquiry platform Tianyancha, Chery Holding recently introduced Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Wending Investment Co., Ltd. into its lineup of shareholders. Taking 3.73% stake in Chery Holding, the new investor is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL.

On Dec. 11, Chinese automaker Haima Automobile signed an agreement with Hainan Haiqi Transportation Group Co., Ltd. to jointly build tailor-made all-electric vehicle and fuel cell vehicle models based on the local application scenarios in Hainan province.
