Mercedes-Benz issues first Green Panda Bond in China
Mercedes-Benz International Finance B.V. successfully issued its first Green Panda Bond in China on November 24, with a scale of 500 million yuan, a two-year maturity, and a coupon rate of 2.9%, according to a statement released by Mercedes-Benz's official WeChat account. The bond is the first green bond issued by Mercedes-Benz outside the European market and the first Green Panda bond issued by an automotive company in China.
