In addition, based on the ownerships of battery assets, the power batteries retired under the tripartite cooperation will be delivered to Miracle Automation for professional cascade utilization and element regeneration. They intend to co-work on closed-loop battery management with a national battery after-sales service network to be built.

The three companies plan to cooperate on power battery recycling. Leveraging Miracle Automation's existing industrial resources and experience in power battery recycling, and Vango's after-sales service network and management system, the trio will team up on building a power battery recycling system, constructing a recycling service network, and normalizing battery recycling procedures, and helping Aiways perfect its after-sales service system.

Moreover, the three firms will jointly make layouts in the battery recycling industry by utilizing Miracle Automation’ professional capabilities of battery cascade utilization and element recycling.

Regarding overseas market businesses, Miracle Automation and Vango will make use of their resources and industrial experience in overseas automobile and after-sales markets to offer Aiways supports in both sales and services, and help the automaker speed up overseas business deployment.

In the meantime, the three companies will co-build a battery recycling system overseas.

Founded in 1984 and listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2004, Miracle Automation is devoted to becoming the world’s leading comprehensive service provider of resource recycling system solutions and complete equipment.

Vango specializes in providing such after-sale services as power battery operation and new energy vehicle warranty extension for Chinese auto market.
