Beijing (ZXZC)- AVATR, the high-end intelligent electric vehicle brand jointly backed by Changan Automobile, Huawei, and CATL, announced that it will start order-locking for its first production model, the AVATR 11, on October 22.

By that time, all users who has placed a large deposit can finalize their vehicle configuration and see their orders go into the automaker’s production schedule. Delivery of the vehicle can be expected to commence in December this year. 

In the meantime, AVATR Technology also announced that it has opened up nearly 60 direct-sale stores nationwide, covering such metropolises as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, as well as over 20 major cities including Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Changsha, Ningbo, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, and Nanjing. 

Since the inauguration of its first store on August 8, 2022, AVATR saw its direct distribution network expand to roughly 60 stores in dozens of cities in just two months.

Along with the direct-sale stores, AVATR Technology 's partner store network is also efficiently expanding, with the first store officially opened recently. Since May 31 when the automaker kicked off distribution channel partner recruitment, more than 1,100 high-quality partners have registered on AVATR’s roster. Up to now, AVATR Technology has completed the authorization process for more than 70 well-known domestic auto dealers and over 150 cooperative stores.
